The search for wellness often takes us to unexpected places. Sometimes we meet people who can guide us toward a kinder and healthier relationship with ourself. It is at this intersection of compassionate relationship and awareness that we find the space to learn, grow, and change. My journey toward Embodiment has been long and slow. We all enter this world with some gifts more obvious than others. Being in the Body was not my gift; it was my lesson to learn. I say that with gratitu.

Essentially this is a return home to a natural sense of awareness. We begin by finding a sense of bodily rest. A yes to ourselves and to the world around us. Inviting you to unfold into vitality, spontaneity and creativity. We live in a physical body; bone, muscle, blood and breath always in constant motion.
